Service Description

Once you have had your initial consultation, please book in for follow up consultations. If you are coming for a microbiome test Interpretation/protocol - please book this option on the booking form rather than a usual follow up as this appointment type requires more face to face & admin time.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24hrs prior to your scheduled consultation time. By booking a consultation with us, you agree to the below cancellation policy - Appointments cancelled within 24hrs will be charged a $60 cancellation fee. No shows at the time of your appointment, will be charged the full consultation fee. Thank you for respecting our time and small family business.
