In this hands-on class, Ally will cover the physical and mental health benefits of consuming fermented foods and guide you in making your own delicious sauerkraut. She will also demonstrate how to make kimchi, low maintenance kefir and kombucha
You will be provided with the raw materials, some fermented goodies to taste on the day and the confidence to get you started.
