Have you got the guts to be happy?Â

Did you know that the food you eat, your gut health and your mental health are all connected?
During this talk, Benedict will explain the importance of the mircobiome (the bacteria living within the gut) and discuss how the gut-brain connection influences you on a daily basis. Â
Stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia or even fatigue can stem from what is going on within your gut!
He will also share with you the importance of specific nutrients required to improve your mental health and where to find them. Benedict will show you how foods directly influence your brain chemistry and alter your microbiome.Â
You’ll leave not only knowing exactly what foods can help you feel better, but also how to implement them into your daily life. Â
Following the presentation, there will be plenty of time for Q&A for any further questions you may have.
