MIXED BERRY PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

Makes 1 serve


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut water.

  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries.

  • 1/4 cup frozen strawberries.

  • 1 kale leaf or handful of baby spinach

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds.

  • 1 serve vanilla protein powder.

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender.

Blend until smooth and serve.

Notes:

  • Make a triple batch and freeze extra amounts into icy pole moulds for a delicious icy treat.

  • Make a double batch and use left overs for a snack later in the day.
