MIXED BERRY PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
Makes 1 serve
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut water.
1/4 cup frozen raspberries.
1/4 cup frozen strawberries.
1 kale leaf or handful of baby spinach
1 tablespoon chia seeds.
1 serve vanilla protein powder.

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
Blend until smooth and serve.

Notes:
Make a triple batch and freeze extra amounts into icy pole moulds for a delicious icy treat.
Make a double batch and use left overs for a snack later in the day.
