Service Description
If you are coming in for a Microbiome test interpretation & treatment plan or to receive your results and treatment plan for a Dutch hormone metabolite test, please select this service. This is to allow for extra time before your consultation to go over the results and then additional time after the consultation to write a detailed treatment plan.
*Follow up clients only - not suitable for initial consultations.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24hrs prior to your scheduled consultation time.
By booking a consultation with us, you agree to the below cancellation policy -
Appointments cancelled within 24hrs will be charged a $60 cancellation fee.
No shows at the time of your appointment, will be charged the full consultation fee.
